Hey guy,
I’m working on my grandpas old John boat and am having cranking issues. The starter is not spinning as fast as it should be. It was turning over fine then just starting turning slower and slower. I’ve already had it rebuilt but did not fix the issue. Worried it’s an ecm issue, something electrical, or something internal. Can anyone give any insight?
