My Mercury outboard 115hp EFI is cutting out at high speed. Motor starts up ever time, runs great at low speed but cuts in and out at high speed. I have new fuel in the tank and I always add Seafoam to the gas each time. Does not look like there is water in the fuel system. Motor will not do this all the time but the last couple times out it seems to be doing it more often My friend thinks it is a fuel problem.
