I was trying to get the screws loose on my 2002 Murcury 125 OB trim sending unit. I sprayed them up for 2 days with PB power break and then rapped them with my impact driver. I thought they were loosening so I put the bit in my ratchet and with a little pressure they stated turning, I twisted both the screw heads off. One has about 4 threads sticking out, the other is almost flush. I gues the only thing left to do is drill and re tap.

yeah man if they were that tight where you twisted them off you can forget about and ez-out solution. Good luck and just for a suggestion, make sure you drill straight and drill smaller than the bolt and in the center. If you are real lucky you will be able to tap that screw back out by hand and not mess up your threads i work in a metal shop and we use this trick often without damaging threads.
