mercury 125HP distributor

anyone know where i can find a good used distributor for a 1968 mercury model 1250 125HP inline 6 distributor? or can the rotor and shaft assembly be removed from a 4 cyl.85HP distributor?

My guess is you are talking about an "Outboard" engine, not I/O's.<br />This forum if for I/O's, your best bet would be to post in the Merc outboard forum.<br />Just scroll down to the "Move to Other Topic" box and click the proper forum, then click "GO"
