Hi all. I am new on here, and would greatly appreciate some advice!
I have a 2006 Mercury 15HP 4 stroke that I bought used about a year ago. It has ran well and reliably and pushed my 15’ skiff that I built around quite well.
Recently however, as I try to accelerate under load the engine will rev up but not give me any increased power. It sounds as if something is slipping as I open it up.
Where should I start?
