2000 Mercury 150 EFI has TPS that's reading out of spec.The entire output range is only reading .025v-.035v(idle to WOT) and per the manual should be like .2v-7.0v. So bad TPS, right? My question though is if anyone knows the correct incoming voltage to the TPS via the orange wire. My orange wire reads .9v at the harness with key turned on. I don't pretend to understand all the trickery packed into this motor but how could the incoming voltage be lower than the max output of the TPS? Maybe the TPS is fine and my problem is upstream somewhere? Getting same results with a second ECU.
