I have a Procraft 190 Super Pro bass boat with a 2000 Mercury 175 efi 2 stroke. When I turn the key to start the motor there is no chirp of the alarm to tell me that the alarm is working. Is it possible that the previous owner disconnected the alarm or that it broke? If so where on the motor is the alarm located and how can I check to make sure that it works?
