welcome aboard

if it sat for 5 years, you will need to go thru the carb as well as replace the impeller

fuel goes bad in about 6 months, after 5 years, what was left in the carb has long since turned to gunk.

Remove the carburetor and remove bowl,
Spray Carb-cleaner in every orifice you see and blow through with compressed air.
(also remember the air/fuel screw's position when removing for cleaning)

Put it back on and see if it's better...if not it may need a Carb-kit.
To set the air/fuel mix screw; screw in all the way very GENTLY then back-out 1 1/2 turn to start with...you may have to turn in clockwise a bit

I forgot to say;

Find as much info on Carburetors & cleaning them as possible if not familiar with the process
