I'm looking to upgrade my 1988 45 hp Merc with a used 1982 90 hp Merc.
My 45 has the in boat oil-injection pumper under the back boards. Is that something that could be used on the new 90 hp.....like is it just "inline" and is doing the mixing then sending into the motor??
Also, how similar are the controls and all on those two motors? Would almost be too nice to be able to just simply unhook at the motor and swap...am I dreamin'??
