Motor starts and runs a little, will not get much rpm out of it. She seems the fluctuate in rpm (very low) up & down then dies no mater where the throttle is. I have cleaned the carb and tried with out the carb by spraying mix directly into the intake same result. I replaced the points, condenser, spark plug, flywheel, coil no difference will the replaced parts. These are pretty basic motors and I have repaired a bunch of them but never saw this issue - seems electrical but I don't know. Valves look clean and tight and compression is 110 psi - any ideas?
