mercury 200 20hp 1973-1976

i have this 20 hp mercury serial # 4292599 ,. i have replaced the switch box but still have no fire. this engine was stored two years ago and ran fine. i see your specs for testing with an ohm meter but do not understand how to test. does the engine need to be rotated to get the readings i find i
on this sight. i need the stator and coils if any one has them..... this engine does not have points.... who might have parts for this engine??????
