My 1999 Mercury 200 EFI is hard to start after it’s warmed up . The mechanic says it starts fine in the shop but in the water after it’s fully warmed up it take a couple try’s to get it re started. Kinda like it’s loaded up or something! Help please it’s drivin me nuts !
