I am looking at buying a boat with a 2003 Mercury 200 L motor. This model has a Carb. and is not EFI if I am not mistaking. I have never had or known anyone to have a Mercury engine so I thought I would ask here. Is this motor generally a good motor and is there anything I should look out for with this year and model? I will be buying from a marina and they have check out the motor for compression and what not.
