My Mercury seems to be starved for fuel. It will run perfect for awhile and then rpm's drop and it's lugging. I replaced fuel filter, fuel bulb and line from tank to motor.
I also tried running the engine using external fuel source (to rule out problem with existing fuel in tank). So far the best I can get is 4-5 minutes before the engine shuts down. Each time the fuel bulb is also collapsed, but the fuel filter reservoir remains full.
What am I missing?
