Mercury 225 Tilt/Trim

Spent the day diagnosing why the trim is not working. I determined it to be the motor and I need to get a replacement. Anyone know what the Sierra number is for this model? Its a 1995 Mercury 225 Offshore series, Serial # 0G406961. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
