Have twin 1997 250 efi mercurys. Ran fine about a week ago. Yesterday, port side was acting up. At about 3000 rpms it just died. Wouldn't turn back over. Brand new battery and brand new water pump. Nothing. Thought maybe it overheated so the water pump. Fuel separators looked pretty dirty like water and a little debris in there. But upon reinstalling with fresh clean fuel, still won't turn over. Plenty of charge just won't start. thoughts????
