Ok so story goes while we were operating the boat, had hit a large limb from a sunken tree in the water, as well as some rocks. Feeling very dumb operating the boat on the river I was on as it is. Anyways prop has some dings on the outer most edges of the fins, nothing drastic however. Upon loading at the launch I had spun the prop while in neutral and noticed a "warped" circular rotation rather than true. Pulled the prop and checked the shaft and sure enough, noticed a not true rotation in the shaft while rotating and watching from where the retaining nut seats. My question I suppose is where do I go from here with this? There is no grinding sounds as I free spin the prop, nor did I notice any excess vibration while on way back to launch. Is this fixable by myself? Need to bring in? Just looking where to go from here as I don't feel comfortable using the motor after noticing this "out of whack" rotation. Motor is a 2006 Mercury 25hp four stroke EFI, model number F25ELH.

Welcome to iboats
You need a new prop shaft. Don't let anyone tell you it can be straightened.
