Hello, I have a Mercury 4.5 that maybe someone can give me some advice on. I think it’s a pre 80s model. The three little tabs that are supposed to open and engage the flywheel when pulling rope will not open on their own. Yet they are not stuck and can be opened with hand but after first crank go back to closed position. Does anyone have any suggestions to what I can replace or repair? Thanks in advance.
