Mercury 50 hp

Quick question, got a 50hp Mercury, it runs but it is only running on 1 cylinder, the other 2 cylinders are not working. Does anyone know what could be the cause of the other 2 cylinders not working.

On the 3 cyl engines is hard to figure it could be a trigger or switch box probably a box but heres the test specs from CDI
