I know just what ive researched today. I have a prestolite trim pump like the picture and on the bottom it takes four hoses for the two trim cylinders. The solenoids click when the trim buttons are pressed but nothing moves. I have filled up the fluid. I also tried to bypass the solenoid by taking the wires from the motor to the battery nothing. I wouldnt mind spending a lil extra to buy a new system to drop in but all the new ones i have found only have spots to attach two hoses . help please

So when you touch motor wires to battery terminals nothing happens ?-----Not even a little spark ?

You can take the top cover off the motor and check out the brushes.
Maybe a wire is broken.

Looks like water got in. I can’t get the screws out that hold the motor on the housing. So I think I’m going to replace the whole thing but all replacements I’ve seen only have hook ups for two hoses?

If you can't find a 4 hose pump you will need to transfer the manifold for the 4 hoses from your old one to the new one.
The new one will have to be compatible with your old manifold.
