Mercury 60ELPT Outboard-New fuel pump in but now runs with beep codes (recording)

Having issues with a Mercury 60ELPT CT Outboard (helping my brother in law). He ran out of fuel and then engine would not start. We eventually found it was blowing fuses for the fuel pump. We took apart the VST and cleaned the screens, and also replaced the fuel pump. It now starts great, but gives a series of beeps which does not appear to coincide with any of the manuals we can find. We are trying to avoid having to rent a trailer, pull out the boat and hauling to marine tech for diagnostics and hoping someone here could help decode what it could be. Any assistance greatly appreciated!
