Hi all,I am hoping to find some info about a motor I'm testing out, maybe purchasing.
It's a Mercury 8.0 and I believe the serial number is 0G767618, that was these only thing I could find that resembled a serial number. The little metal tag with the info on it is kinda scratched up, but I thought I read 1999 on it.
So it any one knows the gas oil mixture, and really anything else ably this motor I'd appreciate it.
P.S. He's asking 300, with a gas task. And it seemed to run good when I tested it in a barrel. I'll be taking it for a rest run on my boat when I know the proper gas ratio.
