My Mercury 9.9 four stroke would run 3-5 minutes and stop. Cleaned carb and put installed new carb kit and it ran great. The next day stalled and didn't want to start back but I could manually push choke solenoid plunger in and it start back and go a little way before stalling. I got it back to dock and unplugged choke solenoid and plugged it back in and it ran great the rest of the day. It keeps alternating between running fine and stalling starting issues. Started up yesterday and ran about 3 minutes at idle and started to stall and it will keep running if I hold key switch in but stall when released. Is this consistent with a bad choke solenoid?
