Mercury 9.9hp full throttle problem

I have a merc 9.9 which is vibrating and misfireing at full throttle. On idling and at starting it is working perfect. I cleeaned carbs, changed plus, compression is 75 lb/sq in. <br />Any body knows what else to check?<br /><br />thanks
