mercury 90hp rod specs

i just purchased a 1989 19ft grumman open bow with a 90hp mercury blown i would like to know what the rod specs are i purhased a manual and it does not show specs for a 90hp also did i get a good deal i paid 800.00 for boat motor and trailer please help thanks

Look up the serial number of the motor on the maxrules.com website to determine the year. Now get a Merc Service Manual for that year motor. Whatever specs are avail will be in it.

Yes buy an OEM merc manual. get serial off the motor so you get the right manual. they are worth the money.
