I'm doing away witht he autoblend system on my 115 Merc. Can I just unplug the wires that connect to the autoblend unit from the engine? I'm assuming this activates the alarm.<br />Any help would be appreciated,<br />Tim C.
I would assume. I had it on an '89 115 but never disconnected it. Still remember the first time I got low on oil and it started beeping. It took me awhile (on the outing) to figure out what was going on.<br /><br />One way to tell for sure; disconnect it and start the engine.<br /><br />Mark
