mercury by force seems to have a miss when running?

Almost seems like an arc miss somewhere. Running at 4400rpm she will drop a little then pic up. Dont think its the fuel bulb.

Check the compression.<br />If equal on all cyls, check for visable arcing on a dark night with the cover off.<br />No arcing, check all connectors for corosion or bad connection.

I dont think there is any corrosion as everything looks new. I have allready checked the fuel issues and think its an electrical problem. Should I take off the flywheel and have a look. Is it hard to remove.
