Hi I have a 1986 classic 50 serial # A987132 it's tiller steering. I would like to know if the tiller steering assembly would work on a 1989 50hp serial # B393676 which is currently remote steering? Any info would be great and thank you. The 1989 has power trim and I'm looking to purchase it but don't want to if my tiller from my 1986 won't work on it
