With the ser# OB113640, will it be possible to id engine year for purchase of a repair manual??

1987 but it's not a Classic 50 it's a 3cyl. engine

So maybe somebody mixed a bunch of part to make a motor??
The # as much as I can make out on top of the motor is B1736400 and it is a 4cyl,,,,Help

If it's a 4 cyl. Model 45 HP then still a 1987 if it's a 50 HP it's a 3 cyl and if it's B1736400 it's got 1 to many didgits in the number. Right info in, right info out!
