my 1968 mercury 650 s 65hp will only start if i go to wot and choke it after that it will notgo to idle without stalling but seems to run pretty good other than that. the motor sat for 2 years i put in new plugs and ran a tank with sea foam through it but no change. Also kicked in once while at wot and went alot faster but only the one time. Any ideas what it could be, would a new rotor and cap help the wires look good
