Fuel or fire? Pull a plug and with the plug cap on and the case of the plug touching the engine block bare metal, not paint...put the side of it against the hole it came out of, crank the engine. If you get spark chase a fuel problem. On that old an engine, varnished fuel is usually a culprit. Pull the carbs and do a kit and check the entire fuel line. Does your squeeze bulb get hard when you prime the engine prior to attempting to start?
