Mercury No Spark

25 ho Mercury. New switch box, unhooked kill button and emergency switch. Continuity from trigger and stator. Continuity at coils but no voltage out of coils and no spark at plugs. All grounds cleaned. What am I missing?

What is your DVA voltage from stator/trigger to switchbox???
