i have this 1983 mercury outboard 2cy 25hp boat motor I was having issue with one coil last year with the inside of it corrroding out, so i replaced and received this new one, but my ohm reading is only like 460 and according the chart I found it should be in the 900's the motor will not start now,, would this cause it not to start by being low like this or should it still start? I included a picture of the new coil with reading and with my other one thats good... I accidently dropped the bad one in the river so i cannot test it..
