Can'find the number, or plate. Color is white I believe its around 1962, not 100% sure. Need help with no water coming out of the discharge area.

White Mercury 6 HP were built from 61 to 63 in 64 were painted black all of the small engines had a seriel number stamped in the block just above the exhaust cover back then
