Mercury Pro XS missing something after shop visit

I attached pictures in this post, maybe you guys can shed some light. It looks like something is missing from below the tilt arm. There are 6 empty bolt holes. This just looked odd to me and I don’t remember this part of the motor mount being like this.

I recently had a Powerpole put on the boat at my repair shop. I got the boat back yesterday, untarped it when I got home and noticed this. Anyone have any idea what I am missing? I ask the dealer and they have yet to respond to my question.

Those 2 bigger holes are used to mount a tiller handle.----Yes some big motors are indeed used with tiller handles !

i think your missing the plastic shipping cover that still has the two pieces of it broken off and stuffed into the two threaded holes. essentially your missing nothing

Huh, didnt know that. Any idea on the other four holes. The dealer just called me and now they're kind've puzzled on what is missing too.
