Mercury sea pro 10

I just bought this little outboard off a guy who it on a freshwater sailboat. It a good running engine but I'm having a hard time finding information about it. I am unable to read the serial number.

What year range is it?
What's the fuel mixture?

50-1 will be the mix. Put up a pic of the block from both sides. Look on the block for a serial #
