Does Anyone Know Where I Might Could Get The Plastic Piece That Works The Throttle Fly On A 1967 Mercury 20hp Carb. I Tried To Upload A Picture But I Have Not Figured Out How To Do That Yet.

I think you mean item 18A, which is NLA.
