She does in fact run, but I’m kind of skeptical about the timing because both idle adjustment and max adjustment were loose when I bought it and I wanted to verify it was correct or within spec. I do believe idle is 0-9* atdc, the rest to me is unknown.
On my 68 merc200 20hp when I remove the lock on chrome front cover it has the timing underneath. This is not the wrap around cover its the small piece you push button down to remove..
