hey guys have a 115 tower of power that runs great at idle and great all the way to full throttle. Then it acts like it is kinda bogging for a little bit then it will pick back up and run fine for a few seconds then do the same. Sometimes when it picks back up it runs fine at WOT until I throttle back. Don’t know if it is a fuel issue or what. Any help appreciated.

Year and serial # is ??-----Test run with a " known to be good " portable tank and hose.-----And perhaps check for water in the fuel.

If it is not what Racer suggested, I would rebuild the fuel pump and make sure the pulse hoses are not leaking. The "figure 8-shaped" fuel pumps can be marginal on that motor.

You have at least 5/16" fuel line, right? 3/8" fuel line is better.

Yes, be sure to check the two lines under the fuel pump... Mine were dry rotten and it was causing some issues. The fuel pump rebuild kit is cheap too. And easy to perform.... The bladder was just slightly cracking on one side in mine... Definitely check it out
