Mercury Verado 4-cyc 200HP

I am considering purchasing 2 new x Mercury Verado 4 stroke 4cyc 200HP to repower a Pursiut 2870WA.

I am interested in opinions and experience with these engines?

They offer digital throttle control; there lighter and come with a 5-year warranty.
I can get the job done for around $ 32k vs $ 40K
