Mercury XR6 150 - not getting spark from a new switch box

I have a 1995 XR6 Black Max 150HP
I'm not getting spark on one side of the coils. But Idles fine.

History - Ran fine early in March, then took it out again. Started fine. Idled fine. Started to get on plane and lost half it's power and had to idle back to ramp. This has happened a few years ago and had to replace one of the switch boxes.
So I figured the other one just went out this year, but have now tried 2 new ones with no success.

This is what has been done and tested so far...
- first replaced one of the switch boxes to coils 2 4 and 6 (only get one quick spark and that's it)
- So i took wires from coils 1 3 5 and hooked them to coils 2 4 6 and get spark. So coils are ruled out.
- tried another new switch box and still have the same result.

Stator is fairly new and charges battery as it should, so it's obviously generating power.
What is the next thing that could be wrong?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jonathan

Swap stator leads between boxes ..if problem follows one side of stator bad. If problem stays look at bias circuit readings. If bad bias the pack that's firing is bad and the non firing box is good.

Faztbullet,
Thanks for the reply. Here's an update. Before switching wires I took it out fishing today, figured it's a small enough lake I could idle around.
Started right up and actually felt like it had full power. Was almost on plane and wammo, back to 3 cylinders. So I used trolling motor for awhile. Started it up, then got on plane no problem, however I could only get up to 5000 RPMs. Usually runs around 6000 full throttle. So I'm like OK. fished another spot for awhile, started up went to get on plane, NO GO!
So then about couple hours later, I figured that's enough and I'd head back to ramp. Wouldn't you know, got on plane, but again, only got up to 5000 full throttle trimmed up.
Do you think it's the "Trigger"?
