Can someone please tell me how to bypass the limit switch on my merc,it only lifts on the trailer button.

follow the wires from the limit switch, they should connect to your boat wiring harness...more than likely to a blue wire and to a purple wire...disconnect your limit switch leads and put a jumper between the blue and purple wires in your boat wiring harness

Thanks for the help, just been looking at the wiring and i have no limit switch connected also i have no wiring harness for the power trim!!! now coming out of my control i have 4 wires all different colours that i beleive control the power trim, could they be connected straight to the selonodes for the bypass and for it to work and where would they fit.
