i have just rebuilt my mercury 70 after a blown head,it all went back together ok it has a spark to all 3 pots.fuel to the carbs, and compression.and still it wont start the reed valves seemed only to go back in one position as there on the crank shaft and locate in dowels.the spark plugs seem dry from fuel does this sound like a reed valve problem!!!
