Hi All,
New to the sight. Purchased 88' Carver 3607 Aft Cabin in August. Will be motoring it from Illinois River to Catawba Island, Ohio in July. Can't wait!!!!!Going up eastern side of Lake Michigan thru Door County area then to Beaver Island & Charlavoix then into the North Channel...out thru Tobermory and thru Lake St. Clair and the Detroit river to Catawba.
Any sugestions on sights and dockage/moorings.

Thanks for your imput Ron....it won't be a forced march (21 days). But it won,t be leisurely either!!! We will have a crew change in Charlevoix for a three day wifes vacation at a cottage on Lake Bellaire about 30-40 miles from Charlevoix.The boys will continue to Mackinac Is. and St Ignace where the wives will meet up with us.We will loose some crew here and will continue with four thru the North Channel for five more days.
I do have some cruising time in Florida but never in the Great Lakes. And yes we have taken some courses at our local Power Squadron in Cape Coral, Fl. which we belong to.Thanks again.
