I purchased a metal (steel) houseboat a couple of years ago and the bottom had been freshly painted. I hauled it out the other day, and though the bottom is still in very good shape I noticed it does need some touch up in spots. I'm wondering about the best way to go about the touch up..do I need to wire wheel to bare metal and then prime as well....thanks for the suggestions.......
