Awesome, and they are about half the price of everyone else's props!

Hmmm. I just bought a stainless 4-blade prop, and looked at my current one to see what pitch it had, and guess what...Michigan Wheel!

They appear to be copies of Quicksilver props.

Being around for a while does not mean they make the best props. They are basically copies if Quicksilver props. Just not as "good". But they are cheaper, in every sense of the word. ;)

I'm not doubting what you are saying. I generally believe that you get what you pay for.
As to them being inferior to quicksilver is that some personal experience you had or just talk that gets repeated.
I currently have a 500.00 3 blade merc. prop that needs a little repair work and was thinking of trying one of the not so expensive 4 blade props, apollo being on the short list.

I bought an Apollo XHS 3 blade stainless and it has far exceeded my expectations and was a great deal for the price here on iboats !!

I ended up with the 4-blade stainless Stiletto Baypro as described below, in my signature. Planes at a much lower speed, doesn't lift the nose nearly as much when you gun it, and holds a steady lower speed without coming off a plane. It has been a great prop for my wakeboarding, and my wife's driving while she tows me.
