michigan wheel prop # ?'s

i have what i believe to be a michigan wheel prop on my 1974 johnson 70hp
nowhere is the size or pitch stamp on it
the only numbers stamped on it are on the center hub
they are pj 81 and 564 ou

anyone know what size and pitch this may be

I believe that was a 13 1/4 x 17
