Mid 60's Arkansas Traveler

I picked up a mid 60's Arkansas Traveler with a Johnson 80HP outboard. The boat has no floor in it, and needs has a couple of small holes in the keel. I am curios if the boat is worth fixing or should I just try to sell the engine and the trailer?

I only paid a couple hundred bucks for it, and since then have picked up another boat that needed a lot less work. I would appreciate any thoughts.

are these holes where rivets are missing? i've used stainless bolts and nuts with a rubber washer to repair them.
