Milky Engine Oil

Hello, I'm looking for help to determine how water is entering engine, I've replaced the head, riser, exhaust manifold and air intake gaskets last fall but when I dropped the boat in this spring and ran it, I still have water in the oil. What are the steps for determining where water is intruding?

Engine is a Volvo Penta 5.0 GXi-E with 700 hours.

Ayuh,.... Drain the coolin' system, isolate the block, 'n pressurize to 'bout 15 psi, 'n Listen,.....

I'd guess a cracked block,...
