milky liquid coming out of crankcase tube for pressure tanks

i have a 1957 johnson seahorse 18 hp,i have a milky liquid coming out of the air hose from the crankcase for the pressurized tank system,there is not alot but still some,would it be a bottom crank seal or something?

Could be an indicator that you have some moisture in the fuel.
